Hi,
you can add the use through PC web browsers (for better resolution than smartphone)?
Exemple:
- I turn on the function on the smartphone
- in web browser address, I wrtite smartphone ip address and port
- I use Locus map from web browser

Too complicated. You could have a registered account to allow you to create or edit a route or track in a web app/browser. The route/track could then be accessed from your account in the mobile app.
