Welcome present - 3 Locus offline maps - not working

After registering I received email from Locus informing that you gave me Welcome present - 3 Locus offline maps of my choice. But I must pay for everything I want to download. Is this "present" some kind of joke or what? Thanks

off-course it isn't :) Are you sure that you've been charged for purchasing of vector maps? Could you please send us your google account that you use on your device - to
support.locus@asamm.com . I'll check your account and purchases for vector maps.
PS: try to open details off any "vector maps" item > you should be able to see small icon of gift in Download button. More about it: http://help.locusmap.eu/responses/present-3-offline-maps
