What are the differences between the two versions of offline vector maps in Asian Maps?

There is an offline vector maps and another English offline vector maps. What are the differences between the two maps? Do I need to download the two maps?

Locus maps without "English" have all captions and texts in local language and local writing (Cyrilic, Chinese,etc...) But the maps that have "English in their names contains (if possible) captions and texts in English.
