What is the size of a recorded track?

I'm always a little bit worry about storage space on my tablet.

I would like to know how many megabytes (more o less) of storage are necessary to save, let's say, 1 hour of recording. For example by using the car profile (i.e. minimum distance: 20 meter and minimum time: 2 sec) while driving on a long motorway without stops.

Another question: the tracks are saved in the Locus database or are stored in a specific folder as files? (In the latter case I could check the file size.)
