White area after GPX import

Hi, yesterday we tried to import a track ("bergfextour_mattigtalradweg-r24.gpx"). I had no problems with the locus version 3.32.1 at my samsung S7. But my wife gets at her Samsung A5 (I think also same version) after the import a white area limited at one side by the track, on the other sides by streight lines. Size of this blocked map area does not change while zooming. After deleting the track we see again the complete map. Restart and reimport did not help.
