White sea in vector maps

Using vector maps, my Galaxy S3 shows no blue sea, it is always in white colour, even trying different colour themes. How can I change that?

Hi,
The issue with ocean is related with vector map (file). Style is a marginal part of this issue.
Old version of vector maps has problem to show blue sea for some maps/areas (depends on size of file). At this moment we are in process of generation new vector map where this problem will be solved. Maps will be available in the end of January.
