why isn't the magnifier displayed when Rotate Map mode is enabled?

See my screen capture. The Magnifier will be displayed OK if Rotate Map mode is disabled (north upward), but when I enable Rotate Map mode (icon at bottom left is blue) tapping the Magnifier (icon at bottom right) is now ignored. The Magnifier would be useful in both modes.

Hi,

it is based mainly on technical restrictions. Magnifier adds quite an extra work to drawing of a map. Rotation of map is again quite an extra work. Also map during rotation jump, based on how you hold your device (or how you move). If magnifier should be visible in these cases, it will be really useless because you won't be able to highlight certain place as it "jumps". Do not know if my English explain it well, but I hope you'll understand :).

Thanks Menion - yes I can totally appreciate your point now - it makes sense. Maybe a minor suggestion then - when the map rotation is allowed - maybe disable or gray out the Magnifier button or some other hint, as this will provide a hint to the user that they will eventually understand in connection with tapping the Rotate Lock button. Your English is very good - you guys are fantastic!

Thanks, good point. I'll add small information in case, user will try to enable magnifier when map rotates.
