Widget's visual appearance (transparency)

Hi,

I'd like to vote for very little (I hope) appearance adjustment. Background color of the widget is solid black, I couldn't find any option to change it. What about such a possibility? Or, even more convenient, option to change/reduce transparency?

Important for me, from esthetic point of view.

And please keep up this wonderful project.. :-).

no such option currently exists.

Anyway main question for me is - reason is really only visual or also a practical (like problem with readings on a sun) etc?

Btw. background color is not a solid black, it already is a semi-transparent

Thank you for a quick response.

You're right, it's not quite solid. The widget's readability is perfect for me, it's just a matter of (subjective) aesthetics/preference. With adjustable background color and transparency (or even just transparency) it could easily fit to personal vision of system wallpaper and theming style. That's it.

Nevertheless, this is very minor priority change request, unrelated to app functionality.

color of background cannot be simply changed, because whole background is made from simple PNG image.

You are the one of guys, who spend hours by improving design of their homepage right? :).

I firstly wanted to decline this idea, mainly because there will be really a few people around the world, who use it (probably), but, why not ... in next version of Locus will be new parameter in config.cfg file widget_track_rec_background_color

That's great news! Thanks a lot Menion, I appreciate that. BTW, yes, you are right. If you sum up all my time spent on visual side of the system it will probably aggregate to hours. Quality is sometimes much more important to me than speed or amount.. ☺️
