If you don't find an already prepaired map in locus map store you can create your own map. This will take some effort and some technical understanding but everything is possible

I can't suggest you any specific map because the amount of available maps is just overwhelming. And I don't know anything about the map requirements for lakes, I guess you would need an proper wether app with more sophisticated wind forcast information much more than navigation.
