With Android 6 locus does not load map on sd card
Not a Problem
I bough Locus Map for Samsung Galaxy Tab S.
With Android 6.0.1 Locus doesn't load free italy.map (downloaded for OpenStreetMap) on sdcard.
How the app can to work again?
Enzo, Italy
Hello Vincent,
for me it´s not absolutely clear what you mean with sdcard, are your maps on internal or external SD?
please read
http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:maps_external
if your maps are stored on external SD
or describe your situation more detailed

Go to Locus map management, add a new map, select external map, in case you are somewhere in the folder tree, go to the uppermost level. then descend into Storage. There you will find an entry with some weird numbering. That is now the name of your external SD card. Go for your vector map directory and proceed like in the past.
This works for Samsung, LG and Moto at least.

Hi Vincent,
it seems your map Italy.map is vector, isn't it? There is possibility to have vector maps on your external SD, just tell Locus where the folder with vector maps is located - go to settings > miscellaneous > default directories > mapsVector folder > define your location. Locus can even download vector maps from Locus Store to such a folder.
