Solved

Backup to external sd card does not work. It just create an empty zip file. And this is funny - a full back as zip.temp. If you rename the zip.temp (with a file manager app as total comander) this backup works. So there is still a backup. In the screenshot you can see the empty backup.zip and the full backup.zip.tmp
