Zooming out blanks the map

Hi whenever i am offline and making an offline map smaller/ zoom out the phone screen goes white with "connection failed" written all over. So it is impossible to get an good overview although the map covers a far bigger area. This happens at level 12/91% and then shows 11/145%how to solve?

I'm sorry for troubles Could I ask you what map do you use, please? Please send me also the location (City, GPS coordinates) where I can test it. We'll check it.
