Unable to login to phone using email

I can login successfully to the web-based interface.
The same login details fail on the Locus Map 4 phone app.
Just been temporarily blocked on the phone app because of suspicious activity.
What's the best way out of this?

Hi,
this code appears almost every time you enter incorrect credentials. Please, try it one more time and check all the correct lowercase/uppercase letters, special symbols, etc.
If the problem persists, let me know.
