Main app folder is located on sd card.

Can you send me your user ID, please?

You can find it in the info file in the Locus directory or directly in the app (if accessible):
"Menu > About the app/Helpdesk > App info"

Hello,

I am sorry, I passed this to our developers, but still, no useful answer is there.

Maybe, try to move the app into the Private folder in the phone memory (it is recommended). Maybe there is some problem with the SD card.

We always recommend installing the app into the internal memory, and if you need to save space, then only sub-folders move to the SD card.

Can you send me the debug log of this crash to determine, where the problem is?

Please follow these steps and then send me the log which will be created.

Important is simulate the error, so it will be logged in the file. So once the error appears, you can send the log.

Hi.

Error is every time when im saving trip.

I did Phone factory reset and error is still there.

Hello,

according to the log - there is some problem with writing files into the sdcard/Locus/export directory.

Can you please try to select a different folder? Or re-select this one? Is there any change?

Did you grant all the permissions to the app?
