Balloni sorry, as I see, there is no such possibility. This help desk is more focused on communication between users and dev team then between users vs users. Anyway 99% of changes anyone here wants, needs to be forwarded to developers of this help desk system here https://help.useresponse.com/ , as I have no time and mainly skills to do some modifications by myself. Thanks for understanding.
