Dashboard diagram 1: Current elevation and slope

Hi,

Diagram 1 shows a cursor for the current position and since a while to my surprise also a bubble moving with the cursor which shows the current elevation and the slope ahead. This is quite great.

But now all of a sudden the bubble is not displayed any more and I can't figure out how to bring it back. There seems no configuration for this feature.

Hi Walther,

no "diagram 1" arrived with your message. Nevertheless, I guess in the first case, you probably tapped on the track on the map. In the second case, without "bubble", you opened the track from the library - this way, the location on the track is not determined, so the bubble doesn't appear.

I am referring to this diagram where a bubble above the cursor (see red arrow) used to show current elevation and slope ahead.

Hi, how do you position the track graph at the top?

I assume younare about to design your own dashboard with the dashboard editor.

When you open your dashboard in the editor there is a three dot menu in the top right corner with generel settings for this dashboard. Set Position to Inserted at the top.

The rest is a matter of positioning the cells for each value or a diagram.

Is it this you are looking for?

I would share my desktop, but don't know how to do so.

but how do you position it above the guide bar?

This happens automatically with setting Position to "Inserted at the top"

The cell for the diagram itself has no own setting to position it relativ to the navigation bar.

When starting navigation the bar appears below the diagram.

With "diagram 1" I referred to the diagram source for the dashboard. (There are two diagram types available 1 and 2.)

I am using always tracks planned with Locus, which I in turn use to navigate. My dashboard then displays elevation and slope profile.

What is missing is the bubble at the current position cursor showing the current elevation and slope ahead.

Hi Walther,

the bubble with the distance/elevation was removed from the dashboard chart because it caused problems on some devices.

Oh, really.

Actually I was looking for a feature I was asking for three years ago which meanwhile has 17 votes.

Are there any considerations to this regard?
