I'd appreciate if it was possible to download elevation data for offline use (both actual elevation and slope gradient) also separately from LoMaps. Or to use elevation data from other vector maps (just an silly idea, don't bother :-) ).
Now there is just workaround. It is possible to create an route, go to details > fill elevation and then Locus download an tile with elevation information. Would it be possible to select an map in maps manager and select "download elevation data"?

It is possible to download elevation data per map grid basis - similarly as BRouter routing data - in form of archives, that contain HGT file for finer grid.
The former is 3" SRTM grid 90x90m, the latter 1" 30x30 grid, available for Alps and Scandinavia. Not sure if the latter is usable in Locus.

It would be fine to add "download elevation data" button to the detail of offline maps. The area is well defined, so it shouldn't be that difficult.

option to download elevation data will be available in Locus Store for every purchased item that has defined area. Currently this option was automatically offered for every LoMap, now it will be separate button at every Store item ( that has defined area coverage ).
