Map download error when not logged
Solved
I tried to download maps for offline use and after selecting the area and detail I received an error message reading: "unable to download. Detail or user are empty". How do I remedy this?

Hi,
thank you for the report. There was really some old issue that we fixed now. As a workaround please:
- open Menu - Store - right account panel - login
- close the store or search for OpenCycleMap item
- download map
