Helpdesk, new comments are not visible

First of all: very strange, if I open the thread of Locus' helpdesk in the Browser I'm not able to see your comment.

i have also this problem since about a week.

If I have opened a post once and it receives a new reply, which I can see by the number of posts, the new posts will not be displayed when I open this thread again.

Only when I refresh the opened page (F5) the new post is shown
