Silver subscription cancelled?

Hello, as a Locus Pro user, I activated my Silver subscription month or two ago, as it was announced. I started to use it successfuly.

But after I uninstalled old Locus Pro, Locus 4 has switched my account to Basic. I no longer have Silver membership.

Please, help.

Hello Matus,,

Are you logged in with the same account?

Try clearing your Google Play app cache:

Go to Android Settings> App Manager (apps)> Google Play Store> Storage> Clear Data

Do the same for the Google Play Services app

Restart the device.

In case the clearing of the cache does not help, write which account you use in the Locus Store (we can change this Ticket to private).
