I've got the message to update 2 maps (Belgium Netherland).

1st one update successful

Netherlands : process failed. When I restart the problem stays.

There is a ? after space needed.

needed = 1.9GB

free space: 91.3GB!! (all items on internal memorry)

The space on my Samsung S10 cannot be the problem!

please help, what do I do now?

I find 3 files:

_netherlands.osm.db 238MB

_netherlands.sm:maps 860 MB

_netherlands.tmp 322MB

Do I have to delete this tmp-file in order to retry a new update?

Dear Willy,

I'm sorry for trouble. Please try the following:

- delete mentioned files

- open notification center (symbol "i" on the map screen)

- delete ALL messages

- try to download map again

Please let me know about progress

Thanks, Petr

Hey this is strange: in Edge I see all comments!

I also see the text "Add reply in the left corner, I don't see this in Firefox.

This is new. I allways use FF and before it worked normal.

I wanted to create a new problem ticket at UseResponse (the system we use for help desk system) but I can't simulate it. Please check if there is any update for FF or try to temporary disable the inverse settings. I'm sorry I can't simulate it.

I also stopped Supernova, my magnifier software, nothing changed.

This is the only forum with this "problem".
