Hi,

we don't maintain the mapping data. For a change in the OSM data, please contact OpenStreetMap.org community, for change in other maps, contact related map providers.

thank you for the quick respond. i do understand than u do not provide the map data. what i would like to do is put a layer over the map like in a cad/cam system and on this layer draw the protected zones the best with a transparency. this is needed for a sample in south sardegna where some sea zones have restriction and others are even not allowed to enter. by now i have solved rhis wit the end points marked by points what somehow work but dont are realy satisfying. i added a sreenshot so u may understand what i would like to do.

Well, this is a bit beyond the purpose of a hiking/biking/geocaching app. This is rather a usecase for another app of ours - Locus GIS. See Google Play - Locus GIS.

create a route with mode "draw manually" from corner point to corner point of each area and store it, next open the track folder and open this area (track/route) > arrow up button/edit in next window click on the pencil and scroll down.

check "close line and fill with color" > click on color field behind this text, there you can select color and opacity of included area
