Problem with Login to Locus Store (code 11321)

On OnePlus3T, with Locus Map Pro, using login via email & password.

Every time, I get same error message.

Login created via website, password reset - all works fine on the laptop, but not in the App.

Not sure if any other data needed, but would love to get past this issue !

Hello,

I'm sorry for the trouble. Would you please try to restart the device and try to login again? BTW what web side you used for registration, please?

I tried a restart yesterday and it didn't help - but will happily try again

I suppose it was this 'help.locusmap.eu' site - perhaps I've made a simple error, and this is not connected to the App ?

Hello,

thank you for the info. The help.locusmap.eu is independent of login into the Locus store. The error code means that the credentials (name/password) are invalid.

Please try to login again and use the correct password.
