Ign map in Web planner

Hello, il have a locus gold subscription and ign subscription with locus too. How can i add the ign map in the locus Web planner site? For information, ign map Word fine in the smartphone app version 4. Many thanks for your help.

I'm sorry, it isn't possible at this moment. Anyway, I'll find out if our contract allows displaying the IGN map on the web page, not only in the app itself.

Hello Petr,

Other problem with the ign map and the planner. When you create a route in the smartphone app and ign map, in walking mode, the planner do not use correctly the way of ign map. Il seems it use another map. Currently, I need to create the route in another application, and import the gpx file in the smartphone app. I would use your planner, but at this moment, it's not possible. If my explanation is not clear, I can do a screenshot.

Dear Jean Claude,

the route is planned based on the map data that we use for default LoMap maps. The displayed map doesn't influence the logic that the planner uses. I'm sorry but there's no way how to improve it. I can only suggest using the default LoMap for planning.

Overloaded map doesn't work fine. If I can't use ign map to plan routes, gold and Silvère subscriptions are not interresting for me. I think I Will get back to locus map 3.5.

When the Locus Map computed route differs from the path you want to follow on the IGN map, you can always use 'Draw manually' to force the route along the IGN map paths. There is no difference on this matter between 3.5 and 4.

Many thanks for your help. It works fine in the smartphone application. But about the Web planner of locus 4, it seems we can't use the ign map. I organize every week-end hikings and it's very important for me to have ign map. I need to prepare tracks in advance, it's not very easyJet on smartphone.

So you don't have to go back to 3.5. You can use LM4. You get silver for one year for free as a pro user.

I think so that we can use other maps in the web planner in the future.

@Jean Claude - you can use the IGN map in LocusMap 4 route planned (as you used to use it in LocusMap 3) but it's not really possible to display IGN map in the web planner. We try to find out if possible to bring IGN maps also into the web planner. I'm worry that we can't do it with the current contract.
