Cannot login in web planner

Hello,

I just bought the Premium Gold for Locus 4 , but cannot login into Web planner with my google account

tried to enter it manually,but the same no success

The new pop-up page for login stayes forever with about: blank nothing appears..

What to do?

Hello Marius,

Did you use the same account when logging in as you use to log in to the Locus Store?

Quite often this problem is caused by running Kaspersky antivirus.

If so, try disabling it. More about the problem here on this link on our site.

This was indeed my problem.After disabling Kaspersky antivirus I was able to login with my account.
