Locus map pro does not start

Locus map pro (and one day later the free version too) is not able to start. The initiation process ends while loading the tracks and caches from the previous sesson. Sometimes there occurs a 3-point-menu to close the app, to get info about it and to send a feedback. But the app can not be startet. I am on an important journey and don't want to miss my locus data. Please HELP! Best regards, Armin

Hello Zdeněk, thank you, but I do not understand: How to make a backup without running app?

Which folders have to be transfered to any cloud or stick by a simple file manager, if the app-internal backup process cannot be unsed? Please one more advice. My data are very important. Greetings, Armin

Hello Armin

take a look with a file explorer to

Locus/data/database

there should be your POI and Track .db depending of count there are a few MB´s


so copy the complete Database folder as a backup for later use
