Good morning and thanks for the quickly answer. But very sorry, I am not an informaticien, only a Locus Map user. I don't understand LMP and where can I find this to instal and to use ? On Play Store there is only v. 3.56.3

I'm sorry for troubles with personal folders - I'll ask my colleagues if there is any chance to get back your data.
When it comes to IGN maps - would you please check (in the first step) that you're logged in the Locus Store? Please open Menu > Locus Store > right account panel > and check that you are logged in with the correct email address. It seems that the IGN maps were purchased under the same account ( email address) you use it here on helpdesk).

Auparavant vous me répondiez en français ! dommage de ne pas continuer ainsi car je ne comprends pas tout en anglais et de plus répondre dans cette langue m'est encore plus difficile.
Je n'ai jamais utilisé Locus Store pour les achats, je passais toujours via Play Store. Je n'ai qu'une adresse email. En suivant le chemin que vous indiqué le mot de passe utilisé avec Locus est refusé.
Pourtant, les années précédentes il n'y a eu aucun problème de ce genre.

But when I launch Google Drive on the smartphone to access earlier versions, I have to register to the Medianess.co site! But this site is known to be a scam! Uhhh, that sounds your smartphone has a problem.
I can stay in Google Chrome and download from there without deviation to medianess.co.
GD app works, too.
Maybe for now you should download on a PC and transfer via USB

After many other attempts, I was able to install LMP 3.55.1 directly on the mobile via one of the links that Michael had provided. Thank you very much for your help.
I wish you both, Petr and Michael and the team, happy holidays and a happy new year 2022, and hope that your computer specialist people will solve the many bugs encountered with version 3.56.3
I had noticed that many French users had the same problems as I had with this new version.

@Michael thank you for help with this topic but I don't think the issue was related to the latest version. It's always better to investigate and fix issue in the latest version.
@Roland I know it was difficult for you to downgrade but could I kindly ask you to install the latest version from Google Play and test the IGN maps again? We can't simulate any issue with IGN maps in the latest version (even on Android 11)
