Maps disappeared

I have 4 Lomaps which are paid for with unlimited updates.
However they all disappeared on start up today.
I have tried to re - download the England one but it wants to charge me again for them even though my history page confirms I've paid.
I'm using the Pro version.
What do I do next please

if yes, I'd send the Locus team a PM with your mail address used for login, so they can check and help.

The icon shows my email address, if that is what you mean. I cannot see how to send a PM however - can you help me with that please?

there are purchases of England, Portugal, Spain and Scotland maps under your account, so this maps should be downloadable again.
Can you please send me screenshot of this pages:
"Menu > Maps manager > Offline > United kingdom"
"Menu > Locus Store > England - LoMaps"
And for clarification - unlimited update is only in Gold subscription. For regular purchases is unlimited download of version that you have purchased, but update is charged again.
