Shift map cursor configurable

The "shift map cursor" option shifts the map down by 25%. Could this be made configurable (maybe in expert settings)?
Especially in landscape mode, the 25% is still quite high on the screen. Shifting down to 10% or 15% would leave more real-estate on the screen for seeing the route in the direction of travel.
I like this idea
