Can I change the limit of displayed labels - "too many labels to display" error

When Labels for tracks and points are set to always display, it seems there is a limit of a 100 (? I guess) that are allowed to be displayed at the same time. Is there a way to change this limit?

I installed Locus on my computer through Android emulation (Waydroid on Linux) and have a giant 4K screen and quite a beefy x86 machine. Locus works great, there does not seem to be any performace issue whatsoever, but this artificial limit is hindering me :-).
(I want to make big screenshots of tracks and points with labels shown: though I am also blocked by

Hi,

as Locus Map is primarily developed for use on mobile phones, the limit of 100 labels is pretty enough. Even for a 4K monitor, it is quite a lot, so we aren't planning to change it. The positioning of the labels, though, could be more intelligent (see your first "idea") but at the moment, it is not a development priority.

Oh, that is a misunderstanding. I was not asking for the current default limit to be changed. If anything, I think it is set too high anyway. I was just asking if I could change it personally. I made it more clear here: https://help.locusmap.eu/topic/37391-add-an-option-to-expert-settings-to-set-custom-limit-to-how-many-labels-shown-on-a-map

(the screenshots there are illuminating I think)
