Web Planner: URL coordinates incorrect

This problem is split off (for clarity) from https://help.locusmap.eu/topic/38097-web-planner-url-parameters-missing and covers the cases I've encountered where the coordinates are incorrect rather than missing. There are a couple of additions.

1/ Open or close either the itinerary sidebar, or the elevation chart. The map-center moves but the URL coordinates are not updated. If you then zoom the map by clicking on the +/- buttons - the map-center moves back to its original position !

2/ When plotting a route if you add a point by searching for either a Lopoint, or enter a Lat/Lng ( e.g. by pasting it in) using the itinerary insertion box and select a point from there, then this causes the map to move and the zoom to change so that all the route is on-screen and centered.

When you create the insertion box the URL reverts to "https://web.locusmap.app/en/plan" .

Then when you choose the point either by search or enter Lat/Lng this cause the map center to move - URL coordinates/zoom now re-appear but the coordinates displayed are those before the map moved so are wrong. The zoom shown is updated correctly.

3/ Display a route from MyLibrary (click on the route). The map moves to center the route (and the chart pops up) but the URL map-center coordinates do not change so are incorrect.

4/ Move the map using the up/down/left/right arrow keys - the displayed URL coordinates do not get updated so are incorrect. If you then zoom the map by clicking on the +/- buttons - the map-center moves back to its original position !

5/ Zoom the map using the mouse wheel. The map moves so that the pointer location (Lat/Lng) does not change (OK) which means the map center moves. The URL behaviour is strange. e.g. position map somewhere at e.g. zoom 18 , and pointer somewhere. Then without moving the mouse, zoom out using the mouse wheel. On first zoom the URL Lat/Lng does not change, which is wrong. Then on second zoom it does change but it's still wrong - it shows the Lat/Lng of the map center after the previous zoom change, and keeps on doing that as you zoom out. It's always one step behind.
