Hi, I changed phone. Many photo points was disconneted... I say that I have the pictures and I have the tracks with the recorded points, but picture does not linked to the point. How can I re-link image and track/point?

where is locus installed on your new phone?
storage/emulated/0/Android/media is the right place to solve your problem
if not change it via settings/Backup&filesystem/File system manager/set the main directory/ Android media
next copy your entire POI folder with the images under
Android/media/menion.android.locus/data/
and restart Locus
