Not a Problem

Ahoj lidi,

Used Locus classic, now need to migrate to silver. Unfortunately app on Watch5 Pro is just saying "connection lost, check your BT settings"

If I would like to download App for watch add-on on mobile, it is pointing to nowhere. See screenshot.... seems cannot upload file here... From Android app helpdesk menu 😢

Hi,

please, install Locus Map Watch both on your watch and on your phone. Make sure your watch is connected to the phone via Bluetooth. Start Locus Map Watch on the watch. All should be OK.

If you mean Locus Map Watch for Samsung Gear, the Tizen version is no longer supported and the info will be removed from the lisst of add-ons.

Hi Michael

I remark the same. In most situation, Locusmap on the galaxy watch shows lost connection when first start the watch, while bluetooth on the smartphone shows a enabled connection.

After starting a record, the connection is esthablished well, but is is not possible to start this from watch, only from phone.

Also, please make sure that both Locus Map 4 and Locus Map Watch have to be excluded from all means of battery optimization.
