LoPoint photos aren't displaying. Probably a server issue.

Just a quick note: No LoPoint photos are currently being displayed – neither my own nor any others.

When I go to 'My LoPoint Photos' in the app, I get an error message (see screenshot).

I assume this is a temporary server issue.

Again problems with LoPoint photos.

No photos are displayed under "My LoPoint Photos" in the Web Planner. It says, "Sadly, you don't have any photos here yet." However, the number of photos, views, etc. are shown correctly. The photos are displayed on the LoPoints themselves.

Update: I’ve just noticed that this only happens with the default ‘last added’ sort order. With the other sort orders, the photos are listed as normal. I have a lot of photos that still haven’t been approved – could that be the reason?

The app is not affected.

Thank you for the detailed report — and especially for tracking down the "last added" sort order clue, that's a really useful finding!

We're currently dealing with a technical issue affecting the automatic photo approval process, so it's possible that a backlog of pending photos is somehow involved here. Your observation strongly suggests this could be a bug on the Web Planner side, and we'll investigate it.

In the meantime, using a different sort order should work as a workaround to view your photos.
