3rd x-axis chart option - time of day

@menion - "The separate "time-of-day" idea you mentioned is noted but tracked separately" - a help topic or only your TODO list?

Currently the only way to determine the time-of-day for any point in a recorded track is... make track visible on map > select track > tap "?" > tap point on map > drag up bottom panel to reveal the time-of-day - quite convoluted; here are the screen caps

My new suggestion, which is intuitive and consistent, is to add a 3rd type of X-axis - "Time of day" - the chart "control" probably already supports this type with minimal coding?
