Android 10: Track recording don't work

Hello,
Since I upgraded my Pixel to Android 10 I can't record any track. There are two different problems when I start recording:
1. It always takes me a view "Press the start recoding button"/"Press the stop recoding button" Cycles before the the recording really starts. Well at least I think it was started since the timer is running at this point.
2. When I finish the track recording I press the "Press the stop recoding button". But the recorded track then includes only two points. The Beginning and the end of my track. None in between. But the timer of the recorded track tells the right time.
I had reproduced both problems on three bike rides. Each around 35km and 1h20m.

Thanks for the quick answer. I tested today again, and I can confirm that with the hint from Alan Sewell (here) it works again.
But I think you need to update Locus as well, since "Allow only while using app" is the default after installing Locus on a fresh Android 10. And with this setting track recording will not work.
