Credits purchase broken - lost money

I tried to purchase credits for offline maps twice from the application and it crashed both times. Credits I paid for (the credit card was charged) were not added to my account. I contacted support - no answer whatsoever. How can I get my money back?

sorry for a very response (you already wrote on email support right?)


person responsible for support, money refund etc. is for a three days out of office (Monday - Wednesday). Tomorrow she will be on 100% in work, so she will take care of it. If there is any problem, really don`t worry. We always refund orders if there are any problems

Thank you for the reply and the clarification. Yes, I wrote to the support - that was the first time I purchased something through an Android application and the fact that it went wrong and no one got back made me anxious.It`s all clear now, I`ll wait for the reply - my apologies for overreacting.

I am sorry for my delayed response!


I just checked status of your purchases in Google checkout and also in our server. it seems that purchase was not succesful. So, I just cancelled your purchases with refund (2x5000 credit for SHOCart maps).


Please, try it again, I hope, now it will be okay.

Thank you very much for cancelling the purchases. I have already tried to purchase maps twice and the application crashed in the process. I think I will just purchase them through http://www.cykloserver.cz/mapy/

Sure you can purchase it through cykloserver.cz and use it in Locus app.
