Download stopped but still lost my Lo Coins

I just bought 200 Lo Coins to download France North Map. So I wanted to download it but the download stopped. I tried again but it still didn't work. The problem here is that my Lo Coins are written of my account without even downloading anything. Help me please. (file says: ''Process not succesfull''.)

The problem is solved. I didn't have enough space left. But there's a new problem. All maps (2.4gb!) are now stored in ''device storage'' but I want it to be stored in ''SD card''. But when I move it to ''SD card'' the maps are gone .. and then I have to download it all over again. Kind regards, Bart

Hi Michal,

Thanks for the quick response. there is, however, a new problem. After I transferred the Locus folder to the SD card under the name '' Maps_External '' I wanted to add it to Locus as indicated via '' external maps ''. But I can not find the '' Maps_External '' folder anymore. Do you know where it stayed?

Problem solved. It was stored in: Storage > 0000-0000 > Maps_External
