Help Desk Private Ticket capcha problem

Hello,
I have been unable to enter a private ticket for some time (about 20 minutes at least). Capcha input repeatedly rejected (I'm able to solve the arithmetic questions...). Tested with different browsers.
Last try now has been successful though. Maybe some intermediate problem.

Yesterday there has been. Now it's gone... (I successfully made a test ticket.)
Apart from capcha, the "private ticket" dialog has no fields for email and real name anymore either.
