Good day David,
when you use Navigate to function for creating routes, then you may use "Store permanently" checkbox in advanced settings.
Otherwise storing temporary track that you currently use for navigation is not possible.

Store permanently - stores the route into memory for later use and offers a folder or creates a new one

= Stored into a (new created) folder into the Locus database.
Open database->tracks-> select the used folder and find your trackfile.
(Or permanently = until you remove track from database)
