unfortunately Sygic has not public features available for 3rd party developers, that may helps here. So you have to find any other working workaround if you wants to get your points out of Sygic application.
One information that may helps here: Locus IS able to read UPI files, which if I remember correctly, should be native files for points in Sygic. So maybe you should see such files on a card? If so, you may try to load them directly to Locus (just thinking loud, never tried it).
