Kompass map won't download.

Hi Michael, thanks for your reply. Sorry but I'm late answer you, I try to make a print screen without success. Pop up message disappear fastly when I go for it. So my only idea is take a picture with another phone. Purchased map is Kompass Forester Casentinesi. Here attach the screen. Thank you for supporting me. Out of this little issue, I am totally in love with this app great job guys. PS my connection is stable, I use only my personal WiFi, derived from my DSL using a router , so I don't think that connection is a problem. I remember that I download the maps in sequence. First Look mapz Italy north, after I try the second one. Have a nice day. Maurizio.

I have the same problem, but the error message is different. Kompass map is downloaded but not saved because of write protection of the SD card. Galaxy S 8 Android 8.0 All other maps, LoMaps, OSM are downloaded to the SD card without any problem and work fine. Locus main directory is on the SD card.

Good morning Reinhart. This may be the answer, your comment have a big sense for me too. I have program app and maps onto SD card. I may try to move app and maps to internal memory. Stay tuned and thank you.

Hello Reinhart. Me too. But some months ago I have a similar issue with Here Maps and then I uninstall it. Now I have no room into internal memory to prove that. Maybe I try another trick making again internal memory as primary, download map and swap memory again.

Tried but failed again same way. I also reinstall everything without any success. Same error message. Maybe my android version was too old? I don't know. Have KitKat 4.4.

Hi Petr, thank you very much - RTFM now I did :) Thanks for the helpful link, I followed the recommended directory structure with the app and 'maps' in the internal memory and now it works with the download of Kompass maps. Hope Maurizio will succeed as well!

ohh I'm sorry your issue has different reason. There is really some problem on KOMPASS map server (map is downloaded directly from their server). We'll check it. I refunded the 499 LC for problematic map and I'll inform you about progress.

Thank you very much Petr. Refund is appreciated, but efforts are appreciated more and more. My enthusiastic opinion doesn't change a bit. I'm totally in love with this app, it's my perfect companion for trekking it's usable, stable, complete all in one as a Swiss knife. So refund in appreciate but it is not a problem. ahh I'm sorry for troubles, that's my mistake because this issue is different one then our changes in fix version 3.33.1. Please give my couple day for investiagtion but it seems that there is really some issue on the KOMPASS map server

I'd like to inform you that KOMPASS fixed the wrong tiles and Arezzo Nationale park can be downloaded. I also refunded the LoCoins for previous purchases. Please download map again.
