Navigation vs. Guidance Battery Consumption?

Hello,
Does anyone have any idea about the relative battery consumption between these navigation modes? I am assuming that it all has to do with how often and how long the GPS receiver is turned on.

Hi Steve,
there is practically no measurable difference between battery consumption during navigation and guidance. GPS must be on during both activities, both offer automatic turning the screen on/off. The difference is just in the recalculation option (navigation) and visualization of the features.

Good to know. Didn't know if Locus might be smart enough to set GPS-on frequency while navigating. After all it knows current location, approximate speed, and distance to the next turn.
