offline map does not open

hi, i downloaded an offline map, but it never opens. please help

it says"

How to Display an Offline Map

... If you positively know that your current position is not on the map and you want to display the map anyway, you can enter the map Action menu and select fetch Center map option. It shifts the map to match its center and the center of your screen...." IT DOES NOT!

ALL I SEE ON THE SCREEN EVER IS "CONNECTION FAILED"

Hello,

I expect that map is downloaded. Then open Menu > Maps > tab offline > (maps) > and tap on downloaded map.

Regarding "Connection failed" message - I think that any online map is selected and you don't have internet connection. (please check your connection)

of course there is no connection , that is why i try to open a downloaded offline map! and ALL I SEE ON THE SCREEN EVER IS "CONNECTION FAILED"

Open Menu > Maps > offline > folder maps (take the screenshot)

Open Menu > Maps > offline > tap on options of downloaded map (three dots) > details (take the screenshot)

no possible, but Open Menu > Maps > offline > folder maps - works fine, downloaded map visible

Open Menu > Maps > offline > tap on options of downloaded map (three dots) - i clikc on center map and then "CONNECTION FAILED"

Are you really sure that map isn't shown when you tap on "Center map" ? However when you simply select the map (tap on it) then is map correctly visible?

I'd like to help but I really need to know more info (Map- details screen, what map you downloaded, area, etc). Let's start from beginning. For what country or region you want to use a offline map?
