Problem with Locus Forum, Email changed and no activation email

Hello Locus Team,

please check my Locus Forum account, i have change my email adresse in forum profile and now i am waiting for the activation email.

This comes when i will login:


An Error Has Occurred!

Your email address needs to be validated before you can login.

Need another activation email?

I'm checking your account on Locus Forum and seems there is no user with username "LocusUser#1" and also no user with same email as you use here on help desk. Is it possible?

LocusUser#1 in not in Memberlist - Maybe he has quit/delete his account?

Are you able to create a new account with better nickname?

If there is a problem with "email address already exists" or so on.

Menion can delete this address. Please contact support via email to handle this problem.
