Support for CM93V2 vector charts

Global CM93V2 vector charts are available. There is currently no implementation of CM93V2 vector charts available on android. Just think, you could be the first!
The opensource program 'opencpn' has an implementation and (I think) a library for handling such vector chart data. It would be a major starting point for implementing such a feature.

unfortunately
1. Locus is not primary focused on sailoring
2. opencpn looks really good, but GPL license do not allow to use any parts of it's code inside Locus
3. creating support for such maps as own implementation is a lot of work that is far away from our time possibilities.
So sorry, I have to "decline" this idea.
