Suunto Smart Belt

Hi,
I read that Suunto Smart Belt (heart rate sensor) is communicating through BlueTooth, and can be used with Suunto mobile App.
Can Locus communicate with this heart rate sensor? Or it is proprietary communication and can not be implemented in Locus?
