This help desk does not work! (Specified column "forum_id" is not in the row)

I can not access any of the tickets here! Everytime there is just the error message 520: "Specified column "forum_id" is not in the row".
Please repair this help desk.

we had reported the error to the helpdesk provider and it has been recently fixed.
