Hi

My wife is facing an issue with her Honor 9 lite phone. During a hike record, Locus stops the recording process after around 1.2 kms and goes in the pause mode without asking. Is there something to setup in the phone power management or in Locus pro in order to make the recording process possible for a long time, i.e. several hours. By the way, i don't face this problem with my Samsung S8+ / Android 8.0.

Thanks c.s.g,

... unfortunately, most of us hopefully await new Huawei/Honor update. Sorry for a bad news.

EDIT: mainly the second link is important.

Hi,

We are facing the same issue with the same phone here, for more than one year. This is related to the phone manufacturer (shame on him !). Samsung's smartphones are very stable and behave very, very well when using Locusmap Pro. There is no particular issue and the battery drain is really very low. My experience is with these models: Note2, Note3, S4, Note4, S7, S7edge, S8+ and now S9+ (running Android Pie).

Best regards
