'via' points

Hello guys,

at the moment I am reading the documentary of Locus about auto-recalculation.

In the pharagraph of "Point priority", I stumbled over the word 'via' points.

Are 'via' points special points in contrast to normal waypoints?

And if so, how can I set a 'via' point?

With best regards,

Alex

Hi Alex, before reading that Brouter article that may confuse you as it recommends an alternative navigation procedure, read this: http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:functions:navigation:point-to-point. "Via" point is a transfer point on your route that you want to go through before getting to the final target. Feature "Navigate to" in Locus allows to insert two "via" (transit) points.

Hi guys,

I managed to work with the BRouter over quick points. It is very useful!

However, I had some problems in the beginning with the documentary.

Maybe the pictures in the attachment are helping people, who would like to do the same.

With best regards,

Alex
